To Sister Helen, I am writing to say how glad I am that we chose The Willows Nursing Home for my mother’s care. When we had to transfer her from Low Care to High Care we didn’t know where to begin. I looked at a few, nothing really wrong with them but they just felt depressing. When we walked in the door at The Willows I was pleasantly surprised about the atmosphere of the place, bright and airy. Then I met the staff and had a good look through. I knew that day, this was the place for my mum. Since she has been there and I’ve visited I couldn’t be more pleased. She is happy and settled in and has made friends. I’m sure this is because of the beautiful staff, they are very patient and caring. I’ve seen what they have for meals, it’s always very healthy food. The place is spotlessly clean and bright.
