Our story

A nursing home that has stayed in one family for nearly fifty years is a rare thing.

The Willows was founded in 1977 by husband and wife Sam & Rachel Inbari, built on a foundation of compassion, respect and the unwavering belief in the rights and dignity of each resident. They imagined a sanctuary where every resident feels a sense of belonging and purpose.

For nearly five decades, The Willows has grown from a family dream into a cherished place of comfort and care. Maryann Inbari joined the family business in 2013 and, as CEO, carries that vision forward, honouring the legacy of her parents-in-law and treating each resident as part of our story and our future.
